Cole Vocational Services/First Step Independent Living/Unlimited QuestWith locations throughout California, Cole Vocational Services, First Step Independent Living and Unlimited Quest provide day programs and employment services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through a range of individualized supports delivered in center- and community-based day programs, the organizations help individuals build diverse skills so they may achieve personal success. Cole Vocational Services and First Step Independent Living joined California MENTOR in 1997. Unlimited Quest joined California MENTOR in 1998. |

Cornerstone Living SkillsFounded in 1993, Cornerstone Living Skills supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in specialized residential homes located in Santa Rosa, California. Each residence provides a natural family home setting where individuals can receive ongoing treatment and support while having numerous opportunities to participate in community life. Cornerstone Living Skills joined California MENTOR in 2005. |

Creative Home ProgramsFounded in 1984, Creative Home Programs (CHP) provides in-home early intervention services for infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, as well as specialized programs for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders. Through a range of individualized services, CHP uses play-based learning and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help children and their families build strong foundations for social, emotional and intellectual growth. CHP joined California MENTOR in 1999. |

Loyd’s Liberty HomesLoyd’s Liberty Homes offers Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs) with 24-hour medical care and support for adults with developmental disabilities throughout the state. Through a range of individualized services, Loyd’s Liberty Homes helps individuals live life to the fullest in the communities they call home. Loyd’s Liberty Homes joined California MENTOR in 1998. |

REM CaliforniaCalifornia MENTOR operates in some communities as REM California. REM California provides a full range of person-centered home- and community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Services include residential programs such as group homes and supported living, as well as day programs and independent living supports. Programs are located throughout the state. REM California is a part of The MENTOR Network, a premier provider of home and community-based health care. With roots dating back to 1967, we are a pioneer in community-based services and continue to innovate to ensure the people we serve have the quality, personalized supports needed to thrive. |
