About
Founded in 1997, California MENTOR supports hundreds of adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We work side by side with our partners, the individuals we support, their families, our Mentors, Regional Centers, and other human services professionals to develop personalized service plans that fit each person’s strengths and abilities.
Through our range of services and supports, we help individuals of all abilities learn, grow, and become increasingly independent. Whether the need is for intensive, short-term treatment or long-term care and support, California MENTOR provides personal services to help each person thrive in the communities that they call home.
As a partner of The MENTOR Network, we are able to draw on national resources and best practices to better support individuals and families across California. The MENTOR Network is a national network of health and human services providers that offers an array of home- and community-based services in more than 30 states. Through this partnership, we are able to deliver unmatched service and support, and quickly develop new programs to meet the needs of those we serve.
